Delivery is charged as follows: Up to 25kg – £7.99 Over 25kg will be charged at another £6.49 per 25kg extra (UK Mainland Addresses). We accept all major credit and debit cards, payment by bank and Klarna (minimum order value £150 excluding postage & subject to status).
Our courier delivery service operates on a next working day from dispatch basis. We send goods out from Monday to Thursday, so the last customer delivery day is on a Friday (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
We don’t like to ship for delivery on a Saturday, just in case no one is in to receive the parcel or for some reason the courier does not make the drop and the goods sit in the Courier’s Depot all weekend.
We will ship for Saturday delivery if the customer requests it, but at their own risk. We take no responsibility once the goods have been sent from our premises under these circumstances.
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an order acknowledgement at the email address given. Once we have received your order, we check stock for your ordered product(s) and if in stock, it will be dispatched the next day in accordance with our delivery policy.
If for any reason there is a delay, you will be notified by phone or email.
An invoice will be generated automatically and sent via email as soon as the order is completed.
